1. Purpose
Lumicrush is an adult-only fictional roleplay service. This policy explains our safety baseline, the kinds of content we do not permit, and how users and third parties can report concerns.
This policy is designed to support lawful operation of an adult fictional service and to reduce risks of illegal content, real-person abuse, and under-18 access.
2. Adult-Only Standard
All characters on Lumicrush are intended to be 18 or older. We do not permit:
- minors in sexual or romantic roleplay;
- sexualised depictions of childlike or school-age characters;
- attempts to reframe prohibited content through roleplay labels, coded phrasing, or ambiguous ages; or
- any illegal content involving minors.
3. Fictional Roleplay Boundary
Lumicrush is designed for fictional adult roleplay. Fictional content does not receive a free pass if it is illegal, targets real people, or creates unreasonable legal or safety risk.
We may allow dark, intense, or taboo fictional themes only where they remain lawful, adult-only, fictional, and consistent with our policies.
We do not treat the label fantasy, fictional, or roleplay as a defence where the content or conduct is unlawful or creates unreasonable safety risk.
4. Illegal and Prohibited Content
Lumicrush prohibits content or conduct that is illegal or reasonably believed to be illegal, including content relating to:
- child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- grooming or facilitation of abuse;
- coercion, trafficking, or sexual exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- harassment, stalking, or threats;
- fraud, extortion, or impersonation;
- unlawful extreme pornography;
- criminal instructions or facilitation; and
- intellectual property or privacy violations.
No content category is guaranteed to remain available merely because it previously appeared on the Service or was not previously blocked.
5. Real-Person Safety
We do not want Lumicrush used to target real people.
You may report content that:
- appears to depict or imitate a real identifiable person;
- falsely suggests a real person is involved with Lumicrush content;
- uses a person's image, likeness, or personal details without authority; or
- is defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful.
6. Moderation and Safety Measures
Lumicrush may use reasonable and proportionate measures to operate safely and comply with law, including:
- age-gating or age-assurance measures;
- moderation rules and automated detection systems;
- provider-side safety controls;
- user reporting and complaint handling;
- access restrictions, rate limits, and takedowns;
- record-keeping and audit logs; and
- review and escalation where appropriate.
The exact measures may change over time based on legal requirements, technical risk, and regulator guidance.
We may review and update these measures as new risks emerge, complaints are received, provider tooling changes, or regulators publish further guidance.
7. Risk Review and Record Keeping
Lumicrush may carry out and maintain internal records relating to:
- age-access risks and age assurance decisions;
- illegal-content risks and mitigation measures;
- complaints, takedowns, and escalation outcomes;
- moderation decisions and repeat-abuse patterns; and
- steps taken to comply with applicable legal or regulatory duties.
These records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, evidence, and audit purposes.
8. Reporting Concerns
To report content, safety issues, legal concerns, or likeness/privacy complaints, contact:

Please include, where possible:
- the URL or page involved;
- screenshots or copies of the content;
- a short explanation of the concern;
- why you believe the content is illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing; and
- contact details if you want a response.
We may prioritise reports based on seriousness, apparent illegality, risk to individuals, and the information provided. We do not guarantee a response within any particular timeframe.
9. What We May Do After a Report
After receiving a report, Lumicrush may:
- review the content or account;
- request more information;
- remove, block, or restrict content;
- suspend or terminate access;
- preserve relevant evidence;
- refer matters to providers, advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate; and
- take any other reasonably necessary action to protect users and comply with law.
10. Online Safety and Legal Compliance
Lumicrush aims to take reasonable steps to comply with applicable UK law and regulatory expectations, including laws relating to online safety, adult content, and data protection.
Nothing in this policy limits our right to take stricter action where we consider that necessary for safety, legality, or regulatory compliance.
